“Settlers Rise” is to be a multi stage “Park Residential” (approx. minimum ½ acre lots) development, with a commitment by the developers to creating a high quality residential estate with a semi rural character. With most lots over twice the size of average suburban lots, yet with all the amenities and located within an easy “under 10 minutes” drive to the City Heart, and importantly even less to all the educational, shopping and recreational facilities of Mackay’s booming north side.
 
Stage 1 includes a very attractively landscaped entry to include a park area of over 14,000 square metres (or 31/2 acres in the old language), the developers are intending to spend in excess of $300,000 on landscaping of the park and entry area, including a fully developed children’s playground.
