The Story Behind River City Homes....

Paul Zammit and Anthony McCarthy started their trade in 1994 and by 1998 were qualified and supervising the development of residential homes. It was during this period, Paul's enthusiasm for building contemporary and affordable style homes grew and it was what the Mackay Region was wanting - superb homes both in design and finish. 

In 1999, Paul's vision became a reality and River City Homes was launched with the introduction of Anthony in 2000.  With Anthony's passion and attention to detail with the construction of homes and Paul's zest for growing the business and its sales - it was clear, this duo would be a winning combination.

To date, River City Homes have collected over 35 prestigious industry awards and continues to grow.  Their reputation as one of Mackay's premier builders and designers is a credit to Paul, Anthony and their team.  With both Paul and Anthony advocates in the training and development of young people, in both the professional and trade sectors of the business.  This is to ensure the River City Homes vision and reputation for building quality, affordable and contemporary style homes continues.
